The “Timing Belt Conveyor Curve” and the “Round Belt conveyor Curve” are both mechanisms within the Pallet Conveyor System designed for navigating curves or turns. The key distinction lies in the power transmission method and the applicable range of pallet sizes and loads.
The “Round Belt conveyor Curve” relies on a single round belt to provide the turning power for the pallet. However, it is limited in terms of its capacity and can only be used for pallets with dimensions below 400mm, with a maximum load capacity of 20kg.
On the other hand, the “Timing Belt Conveyor Curve” utilizes six timing belts and two motors to generate the turning force. This design provides a more robust power source, enabling it to accommodate a broader range of pallet sizes, ranging from 160mm to 640mm. Additionally, it can handle heavier loads compared to the Round Belt Conveyor Curve.
In summary, while both conveyors are used for turning within the pallet Conveyor System, the Timing Belt Conveyor Curve offers a more powerful and versatile solution, suitable for a wider range of pallet sizes and higher load capacities than the Round Belt Conveyor Curve.
