What are the types of roller conveyors？

Roller conveyors can be divided into two types according to operational requirements: Accumulated and non-accumulated. Accumulated roller conveyors generally come with a clutch mechanism on each roller. When the product is stopped, the clutch mechanism will slip, thereby avoiding relative frictional motion between the product and the roller.

If according to the transmission method, the roller conveyor can be divided into two types: one is to transmit the power of the motor to each roller through the chain and sprocket, and the other is to transmit the power to each roller through the bevel gear.

If according to the structure, roller conveyors can be divided into full roll and roller type. Full roll roller conveyors can evenly distribute the weight of the product on the rollers, while roller type rollers can save space and facilitate the installation of lift locate and lift transfer mechanisms.
